Notification of Surrey Group AGM

Members of The Lynton and Barnstaple Railway Surrey Group are invited to our AGM to be held on

Saturday 25th November

starting at

11:00 a.m.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the meeting.

Tea, coffee & biscuits will be available on arrival and a donation towards hall-hire and refreshments would be appreciated (£3 suggested)

There will also be some sales stock available to buy.
Please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything in particular you would like eg Christmas Cards, Calendar etc and we will do our best to have it with us.

After the meeting we will be moving on to socialise and celebrate at our Christmas Lunch the details of which will be issued in a separate article.
